Job Summary Looking to hire a Mechanic that provides excellent customer service in the completion of automotive maintenance and repair. Particularly with knowledge in diagnosing all different makes and models. Essential Job Duties Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers Using computers, tablets, scan tools, tech support, etc. Diagnose automotive system issues and produce vehicle inspection information for teammates and customers Participate in new technical training programs and have a desire to grow with our team Perform suspension alignments, tire services, fluid services, maintenance services, and mechanical repairs and identify vehicle maintenance recommendations Skills/Requirements Passion for the automotive business and are great at it with minimum 2 years' experience along with own tools necessary to perform the job. Solution oriented with a positive attitude Excellent attention to detail Desire to learn Enjoy working as a team and have the ability to multi-task Ability to work around vehicles, tools, and delicate equipment Physically able to move around the shop (climbing stairs, ladders, etc), carry heavy objects (up to 50lbs), and position your body in ways needed to repair vehicles (reach, bend, etc) Effective communication skills, Spanish is a plus.
