Bring a friend and join us for a Sunday morning Pilates class on the lakefront! Wild Onion Market is thrilled to partner with Alexi Gniot (Wild Onion Owner #730) of Chicago Northshore Kinetics for our July wellness event. Chicago Northshore Kinetics (CNSK) is a specialized movement studio in downtown Evanston offering Pilates, Gyrotonic and other fitness services. Join CNSK instructor Alexi Gniot as she leads a Pilates mat class for friends of the Wild Onion Market. Use your own bodyweight to create resistance and control in this low impact class designed to strengthen the core (trunk), work your extremities and incorporate breathwork to optimize the workout. There is an emphasis on the precision and flow of the mat exercises, challenging participants no matter what level they are. A yoga or exercise mat, towel, comfortable workout clothes and socks (with grip) are recommended. Bring water if needed. Burnham Shores is located in Evanston, IL between Hamilton and Dempster. Public restrooms are available. We hope to see you there!
