Experience the healing power of horses and make heart-connections in a sacred circle of sisterhood This introductory session will guide you to do deep self-exploration and make heart connections with other women and the horses. We create a safe, judgment-free, loving space for you to explore and release the stories and limiting beliefs that no longer serve you so you may design a more positive future and manifest your full potential. The group is limited to 6 women. Registration includes three hours of deep sharing, support, and coaching. Through the Equine Gestalt Coaching methodology, Lyn, her horse partners, and our sacred sisterhood, we will honor, witness, and celebrate your personal transformation. We will support and empower you to: • Find your voice • Reclaim your power • Discover and express your soul's desires • Heal from grief and pain • Learn to love yourself unconditionally • Build stronger, more authentic relationships Healing isn't about fixing anything. It's about becoming the person you came to Earth to be. This is an opportunity to experience Equine Gestalt Coaching and the incredible healing power of horses. NO HORSE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. We will be outdoors, so check the weather and dress appropriately. This time of year can be chilly, so I highly suggest dressing in layers. Depending on the weather, we will either be outside in the round pen or inside the non-heated barn. Also, with the abundance of rain we’ve had lately, the pasture is muddy, so please be sure to wear rain boots or something that you don’t mind getting muddy. ***Closed-toed shoes or boots are required.*** • Important to know Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign releases and get settled in so we can start promptly at 10:00. Group size is limited to 6. If you RSVP "yes" and then can't make it, please change your RSVP to "no" to open up your spot for someone else. I have completed an intensive two-year certification program in the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method®. The experiential nature of the method involves the horse as my coaching partner in the client’s exploratory process. The integrative approach of the horse's interaction combined with positive coaching, somatic awareness (body sensations) and Gestalt (which means wholeness) methodology, assists the client in examining their life and choices made with a focus on designing a positive future.This holistic approach allows for complete release of energy and emotional blocks or pain.I trust and rely on the horse's intuition and wisdom.
