Meridian Exercise for Self-Healing and Immunity (in-person) Meridian exercise is a self-care technique perfected over thousands of years in the Asian healing traditions. It combines breathing, movement, stretching, and focused attention to help you make progress toward improving balance, flexibility, and resilience. By bringing the awareness inside, meridian exercise can support good health and good immunity. This is an in-person class at Mt Prospect Body & Brain Center (1 W Rand Rd #C, Mt Prospect). Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to sign-in for the class. About this instructor: Julia Chung PhD, PCC, is a professional certified coach with International Coach Federation (ICF), Sedona Health Coaching and ADD Coach Academy. Currently she’s the center manager and head instructor of Body & Brain Center at Mt Prospect, IL. She worked as a statistician in corporate America for over 10 years, prior to devoting her life to coaching and holistic healing. Julia is passionate in sharing mindfulness with people in corporations who feel the need to reconnect with themselves to create a more purposeful work and personal life.
