By continuing to register for Sunday Church Service, you are agreeing to wear a mask even if you are vaccinated, consent to have your temperature checked and to complete the CTC Hold Harmless Agreement to be held on file. If you do not have a printer, a copy will be provided to you at the church. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before service starts for check-in.
