Join us for a special barn dinner prepared by Chef Krisztina of Wooden Spoon Catering Company in Amesbury, MA Join us for the third in our series of Restaurant Roadshows ! We've invited some of our favorite chefs to host amazing one-night-only dinner events in The Barn at Pickering House! Enjoy beverages from our cash bar at 6:00 pm before sitting down at farm tables to a communal meal at 6:30 p.m. This dinner is hosted by Chef Chef Krisztina Perron from Wooden Spoon Catering Company from Amesbury, MA. Chef Krisztina has a devoted following for her work as both a sought-after wedding caterer and a cooking instructor at organizations such as Stonewall Kitchen in York, ME. Chef Krisztina celebrates her native Hungarian culture in creative menus. The menu for this event features: Grilled Peach Pazanella Salad Mixed Greens, Grilled Peaches, Shaved Red Onion, Pistachios, Chambord soaked Blueberries, Herb Goat Cheese, Cucumber and Rustic Croutons tossed in Pink Prosecco Vinaigrette  Family Style Supper Oatmeal Stout Beef Stew served in a crusty bread boule (Burnt Timber Brewing Stout)  Wild Mushroom & Caramelized Onion Strudel  Roasted Garlic & Gouda Mashed Potatoes (Brookford Farm Cheese) Sautéed Rainbow Chard with Golden Raisins and Pine Nuts  Stone Peach Cobbler with Bourbon Ice Cream with Praline Crunch and Caramel Drizzle [Please note that the dinner is a set menu served in a single seating at communal farm tables. We will be unable to prepare a different menu for individuals with food allergies. We also respectfully request that attendees are vaccinated as this will be a mask-less event designed to recapture the norms we have all worked and waited for.] The Barn at Pickering House is a renovated 19th century barn located in the heart of downtown Wolfeboro, NH.  Located just a short walk from Lake Winnipesaukee and the downtown shops, The Barn at Pickering House offers the charm of an antique barn, the convenience of an in-town location and comforts such as air-conditioning and restrooms for today's guests.The Barn is connected to Pickering House Inn, a luxury inn located in a completely renovated homestead occupied by one of Wolfeboro's most prominent citizens in the 1800's.
