Join us for a special barn dinner prepared by Chef Emshika from Chang Thai Cafe in Littleton, NH! The first in our series of Restaurant Road Shows ! We've invited some of our favorite chefs to host amazing one-night-only dinner events in The Barn at Pickering House! Enjoy beverages from our cash bar at 6:00 pm before sitting down at farm tables to a communal meal at 6:30 p.m. This dinner is hosted by Chef Emshika from Chang Thai Cafe in Littleton, NH. Chef Emshika has appeared on the Food Network show "Chopped" and been profiled in numerous publications. We are so pleased to offer this very special dinner featuring: S t a r t e r Summer Mango Salad: Fresh sliced mango with toasted coconut, red onion, spicy lime dressing Chang Spring Rolls: Mint, basil and sweet chili lime dipping sauce M a i n Goong Ob Woonsen: Ginger shrimp w/ glass noodles Beef Green Curry: Basil curry with beef tenderloin with somen noodles D e s s e r t Mango Sticky Rice: Sweet sticky rice with fresh mango & coconut cream Thai Tea Cake & Ice Cream [Please note that the dinner is a set menu served in a single seating at communal farm tables. We will be unable to prepare a different menu for individuals with food allergies.
