He quickly established himself as a top producer and received a variety of recognitions. In 1995, Ethan founded Ethan Conrad Properties, Inc. and began his commercial landlord career by purchasing two "value add" commercial properties. Ethan's keen eye for opportunity, business savvy and brokerage experience gave him unique skills for seeing and developing the potential in distressed commercial properties. He first targeted industrial properties, and by 2007, Ethan owned and manageed over 35 commercial properties in the Sacramento region. In 2018, Ethan was recognized by the Sacramento Business Journal as "One of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Commercial Real Estate in the Nation". Today, Ethan Conrad Properties owns and manages over 145 commercial properties, equating to just over 7.2 million square feet throughout the greater Sacramento and Central Valley regions with a combined value of almost $1B. The Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy helps develop successful entrepreneurs by providing real world mentoring, training and a network of support from local business leaders.
