Summer concert series in the park! Kicking off our 5th annual summer concert series is The Other Brothers Band featuring local artist Andy Giles as the opener. This concert is generously sponsored by Synlawn. Local musician Andy Giles will open the concert. He has been a part of the North Georgia music scene for over ten years. He has performed in several local bands as well as a solo act. His sound encompasses multiple genres allowing for seamless transitions from song to song while utilizing loops to allow the use of various instruments. Funk soaked originals flow into familiar covers providing many "what's next?!?!" moments for the audience. Marco Esquandolas of the Duquesne Whistle Weekly describes Gile's sound as "A cosmic wind which gently carries the listener into the drive-thru of Starbucks and transports them into a unique music laden Caramel Macchiato fantasy. Never miss a Sunday Show." Channeling the spirit of the Dead, The Other Brothers are an improvisational jug band performing "Grateful Soul, Folk-n-Weir-dgrass;" delighting audiences and inspiring them to dance with clever interpretations and their large repertoire. As always, the concert series is free to the public. Just bring your lawn chair.
