Empower Meet and Greet This is a great opportunity to bring your children in to get an experience of Empower. We will have demonstrations, activities and a few self defense techniques. As for the parents, you have the time to ask Coach Cam any questions you may have in regards to the program. WE WILL ALSO HAVE SPECIALS AND PRICE REDUCTIONS FOR SIGNING UP AT THE EVENT. The program we have is like no other so come out and see for yourself. There will be other trainers providing class if you will like to join in. There will also be a few vendors.
