Need landscape help cleaning and pruning and spraying Neem oil

I have a hill to clean of leaves and some trimming of short trees.. Also want to spray Neem oil on a tree and some vines.Knowlwedge of drip irrigation system is good as trouble shooting is needed too. I need someone who speaks English and has some experience. Please let me know your experience and phone number. Dont bother calling to bid this job. You can do 2 hour sessions and need hill cleaned once a month. if you have a lot of exprenience it is $25. an hour, if less then $20.
