"He flat out said he does not see what the problem is with providing things like cars and apartments to employees as a fringe benefit. Taxes apply to fringe benefits just as they fo with a salary. Trump knows this. How do we know Trump is aware that this is tax fraud? Because Trump and Weisselberg keep double ledgers. One that is accurate and one intended to fool the IRS." It's perfectly legitimate to write off (deduct) perks like health insurance, company cars, stocks, bonds, monthly electronic allowances, etc, etc, etc. It's only tax fraud if the employee doesn't claim the benefit on their taxes. Plenty of companies (including mine) offer significant "perks" to employees to retain top quality personnel. It's normal business practice that simpletons don't understand. Are you so stupid to believe any company is responsible for taxes on salary, perks and benefits? All taxes on that stuff is the responsibility of the employee. Do you really think Trump sits around and personally does the accounting for his entire business empire? He's got hundreds of certified accountants that are paid to do that job. Trumps only involvement would be to tell his army of accounts to "use best practice" and he certainly doesn't have time to keep a separate "double secret" ledger. You sound really naive. BTW - I have no idea if Trump is guilty of tax fraud or not and neither do you. Remember America? Innocent until proven guilty. Or is that concept not applicable if you're a hate filled liberal douche.
