I'm not confusing anything. I'm referring to any "compensation" received by an employee (which could be salary, cars, electronics, housing, etc) which is taxed on an individual employee basis as opposed to tax write offs the employers enjoy. Big difference "fella". Maybe now you understand.

Yes by you, not by the company. The company can "tax write off" those expenses.

That is absolutely correct and has nothing to do with the previous statement. The company cannot "tax write off" any of the expense of the car since they didn't purchase it.
