Description

"You are confusing actual compensation with tax write offs." I'm not confusing anything. I'm referring to any "compensation" received by an employee (which could be salary, cars, electronics, housing, etc) which is taxed on an individual employee basis as opposed to tax write offs the employers enjoy. Big difference "fella". Maybe now you understand. "If the company that you work for pays your house or buys you a care, that is compensation and tax must be paid on it." Yes by you, not by the company. The company can "tax write off" those expenses. "If you buys a car with your post taxed money that is required for the job, a portion (fraction) of that expense can be “written off” of your taxes. Do you see the difference there fella?" That is absolutely correct and has nothing to do with the previous statement. The company cannot "tax write off" any of the expense of the car since they didn't purchase it. "Honest people take legitimate tax deductions. Dishonest people accept fringe benefits without paying tax on them." Well that's a pretty obvious concept. Do you have any proof of your insinuations, any what-so-ever? "As the OP pointed out keeping double books on this sort of thing is a felony. This constitutes deliberate fraud." Again, any evidence of this? References? You seem as confused as biden. Maybe a good long nap and some cocoa.
