Join us for a Kundalini yoga class and deepen your inner journey with the soothing sounds of the gong. Class is suitable for all ages and levels. We'll begin with simple asana and pranayama (breath work) and lead into a meditation followed by a relaxing gong bath!

Bring a yoga mat, water, and a blanket if you'd like. There are extra blankets at the studio and a few extra yoga mats as well if you need to borrow :)
Alexxis Annalee is a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor and Sound Healer. She has a gentle and meditative yoga class style and aims to create an open and accepting space for anyone to deepen their yoga practice and connect with their body. Private sessions are also available.
