Looking for part time dojo space

We are looking to restart/build our school after COVID and looking for a small area to use/rent/co-op for traditional martial arts classes. Most of the lower rank students are gone and we need to rebuild. Most of the terms are flexible, as long as they are reasonable. This can be at a current dojo, gym, rec center, church, etc... Most any location in San Jose area is OK. The hours are primarily weeknights, the exact days and hours are flexible. If there are mats (tatami) that is a bonus, otherwise we will bring some folding mats. We will provide our own business license, insurance. The goal is to start regular classes before Oct.
