* This is a Special Bulletin Anouncement* In a residential building in Harlem, there is a resident in the building that has been terrorizing and harassing his neighbors by hacking into their cell phones, stealing their identity, obtaining their personal financial information and breaking into their bank account! The sophistcated form of hacking is called  *Cherry Blossom* it has been used for several years by intelligence agencies! Since it was exposed by wiki leaks several years ago, the common hackers has been using it throughout NYC, hacking of cell phones is a wide spread in the City and the victims are unaware of how their information was breached! The hackers are also known to sell their financial information on the Dark Web, that is why their credit cards has charges from States that they have never visited! The hacker name and address in my bldg is *Antonio and Natalie Nunez 1980 Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd #5A, NYC, NY 10026* Although the hacking involves Identity theft, wire fraud, ( Because they are able to reroute the text, messages, emails and phone calls to their server, conduct illegal surveillance by activating the camera and microphone on the device and view your financial transactions in real time? There is currently no laws in NYC that involves hacking of Cell Phones, that is why the hackers will not be investigated by local authorities! This form of hacking is a threat to Elderly New Yorkers, this is why i am exposing the criminal activities of this neighbor! He has been harassing his neighbors for the last 5 years!
