The Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners will hold an emergency meeting today at 4 p.m. to consider a declaration of a State of Local Emergency for Tropical Storm Elsa.
The meeting will be held in the Magnolia Room at the Pinellas County Cooperative Extension, 12520 Ulmerton Road, Largo. It will be broadcast live at https://youtube.com/pcc.tv1, on the county's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/PinellasCountyNews, on the county website at http://pinellascounty.org/tv, and on county public access channels 637 (Spectrum), 44 (Frontier) and 18 (WOW!).

As of Sunday at noon, Tropical Storm Elsa's forecast track, future intensity and potential time of arrival remain uncertain. Pinellas County Emergency Management is in an Enhanced Monitoring status and urges residents and visitors to prepare for possible flooding and power outages.
