Big Haul Junk Removal is seeking a Driver/Junk Hauler for a rapidly expanding company. Training wage $16 per hour for two weeks. Daily tip income as well, our full time Tech Teams are making tip income of @$1000+ a month. Paid training for approximately two weeks with our experienced staff. Start next week! Drivers must have a clean driving record and pass a background check. Work gear is provided. Junk Removal Team Members carry out the most important tasks for Big Haul. They are the face of the organization to our customers. Team Members are expected to arrive on the job sites on time, well-groomed, in uniform, and ready to work. The most important tasks for Junk Removal Team Members are to truly "WOW" the customer and ensure they do not damage property. Team members are expected to work in all kinds of adverse conditions, including extreme hot and cold, rain, dust, dirt and more. Team members should have the determination to push through difficult jobs and days, which will occur from time to time. Team members must also be willing to work flexible hours within each day. Team members should respond to challenges with "how will we get this done?" instead of "there is no way we can do this."
