Pressure clean, remove a wall. install 3-4 4x8 sheets of sheet rock on wall miscellaneous house get ready. lay 1100 ft of vinyl plank floor (2 men) $13 per hr more for specialty work. ie pluming electrical lighting tight floor and base board,build a tray ceiling, gut bath room etc.
