In this hands-on class, you will see how to make gluten-free sourdough bread, and then you will make your own gluten-free sourdough to take home. All supplies are provided and will include the flour, sourdough starter (rice based) and instructions for rising and baking, plus recipes. This is a healthy and fun way to feed your family a delicious bread without harmful gluten and wheat. Tasting will be included. You must sign up ahead- no later than Thursday, July 22nd.
