HIIT and Swim Join us and our partners at @NorthBeachVillageResort and @RoxFireFitness for a Datefit Social HIIT and Swim! Lead by @RoxFireFitness trainers, attendees will be taken through several stations of intense HIIT style movements to test their agility and endurance. The workout will last about one hour and follow with swimming and networking at the on-site @NorthBeachVillageResort pool. Each guest is recommended to bring their own yoga mat and water for a more comfortable workout experience + swim suit if you decide to swim!
