Join us for an evening of community, connection, and ceremonial cacao! Come meet up with community for connection over a cup of ceremonial cacao ❤ This connection circle will start with a cup of ceremonial cacao and guided grounding meditation. Cacao is a beautiful heart opener and will create a space for us to drop in together as a group, to share our intentions for coming and whatever is on our hearts and desiring to be shared. Our circle is a safe space to show up wherever you're at and to connect with other like minded souls. Nikky (your host) is the founder of Wild Quartz Wellness, a local wellness office specializing in holistic massage therapy + energywork. She's a Cacao Ceremony Facilitator through KAKAO Ceremonial Drinking Chocolate and is currently in training to become a certified With Heart Energy Coach. She's known for her relaxing, grounding presence and for her uplifting, yet compassionate way of meeting you where you're at. What to Expect: When you arrive you'll receive your mug of warm ceremonial cacao and make yourself comfy in circle. We'll open with some information about ceremonial cacao, followed by a meditation and guided visualization for grounding and intention setting. We'll then open a sharing circle with an opportunity for everyone who wishes to share, and close together with another guided visualization. ⊹ ⊹ ⊹ Feel free to bring whatever you'd like to make yourself cozy and comfy. There will be some pillows and blankets available but you are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, meditation cushion, and/or your own blanket to sit on if desired. We'll be sitting on the ground, though chairs are available if needed. Please make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can open the circle at 5:30 and make the most of the time we have together. Please come on an empty stomach (about 1 hour post meal) if possible. Please also come hydrated and bring a water bottle to sip. **We mix the cacao with coconut oil - please send me an email ([email protected]) if you're allergic to coconut and we can easily have a mug available for you without it ❤ Things to Bring: Water Bottle with WaterA Yoga Mat, Pillow/Cushion, or Blanket to sit/relax onAny Crystals or Essential Oils that you'd like to bring for grounding or to charge in the space (optional)A Notebook + Pen (optional - shares are confidential in the space, however you may wish to jot down any insights or downloads that come through for you personally) What is Ceremonial Cacao?
