Super friendly cat and her friend looking for a new home

A friend of my family passed away unexpectedly and I am trying to help rehome her cats. We are struggling to get her estate in order and she had no will or plan for the cats. We also don’t know 100% about their history, age, origins etc. Lily is a young cat 2-4 years old. Indoor car with blue eyes. She is super friendly and described as “doglike”. She always wants to be in your lap. She will approach strangers for pets. Kitty is an older cat, to be honest I am not sure how old could be 10-15 years old. She is extremely shy and will have to be gently coaxed or trapped to get out of the house. She only would approach her former owner and we have a had time getting near her. I don’t have any pictures of her for this reason. They are both spayed, 100% indoor cats. No health problems that we know of. I would like them to go to the same home but since the situation is hard we are open to splitting them. There is no rehoming fee and they come with some food and toys. I am looking for a loving family and will ask about your living situation and pet experience. Please contact me if interested.
