Lost dog sighting!

DID NOT CATCH! saw on Manchester and mckinley, wandering. they were skittish.. I got sort of close but they ran. they had a collar, looked scruffy and their color was sandy / beige. probably a terrier mix.. my partner says like the dog from Wynn Dixie. maybe 30-40lb. they ran into the residential area on mckinley, through a large metal fence (they fit totally fine, they were about the width of the gate spaces), toward some houses seen july 5 2021 3:45pm
