Rehoming my beloved betta fish

Looking for someone to adopt my beloved betta fish, Sushi, due to my visa expiring and having to leave the US soon. If possible, her nerite snail tank mate should go with her, so they stay together. Sushi has been with me the past 3 years. I am looking for someone who is experienced in fish keeping, loves bettas, and can take care of her well. - Sushi is a sweet girl, but due to her age, she spends most of her days resting in the shade of an almond leaf or behind the wood. - Please keep in mind that due to her age she might not be a spectacular addition to your space. - Please know she has some lumps on her sides (see photos) - they don’t bother her too much, but I’m not sure of life expectancy. - She lives in a 10 Gal tank with a nerite snail, who is also about 2.5 years old (they have always lived together) I am looking for someone who can do the following: - 50% weekly water change + cleaning, vacuuming. - Please turn off her light and filter at night. - Please talk to her a few times every day. - Please keep her in her 10Gal tank, not smaller. - She sleeps on her plastic leaf, please always keep that in her tank. - Please don’t add other tank mates, she has always been living with her only tank mate, the nerite snail. - I would really appreciate it if you could send me updates and photos of her every once in a while. I will provide Sushi’s tank / heater / filter / light / spare almond leaves / wood, plants, ornaments and some other accessories - Everything you need. If interested, please send email about the home you would like to offer, experience with fish and bettas, and questions you may have. I love Sushi and I would like to ensure she goes to an experienced betta keeper and a good home. Ideally, she can be adopted around early-mid August. I ask for a $40 rehoming fee if that’s ok, only to make sure she goes to a good home, as per Craigslist's recommendation.
