Set up Internet in Remodeled Home

We are looking for some help setting up internet in a large 4200 sf house. Modem is set in garage - we are ideally looking at ethernet wiring brought in to ensure a strong signal in multiple rooms. We give webinars for a living and need to have a reliable fast signal, and perhaps even a backup line. We have used mesh networks - Google Puck and Orbi - not completely sold on them. The house has a large walking basement where ethernet can be easily brought in. If interested in this job, please tell me about yourself, your experience, and your opinion on good ways to do this.
