Found older dog with 2 harnesses

Hi I found an older dog with 2 harnesses on. The harnesses were red with black and the one underneath is orange. He really wants to go home and has been waitin for his owner to come get him. He looks so lost and needs his best friend to come get him. Please if you lost him I have him and he wants to go back home. He is such a good boy but you can tell he misses his home. Please call or text me if you are missing him or if anyone sees this post that knows this guy please help him get home. I feel so sorry for him because he is so scared.
