Cairo is missing in N. Kelso. Last seen July 2, 2021 near Veys Dr. and Tilla Dr. The fireworks scared him. He is white with grey stripes. His tail is black with stripes also. He has a bit tan on him as well on his back leg. He is chipped. He has on a black collar with skulls on it and and red tag.
