Need a person with a truck to do yard clean up, junk and trash removal and dump runs. This is for a seasoned real estate investor on rental properties in Sacramento area. Most jobs broken down into 3 categories: 1 hour jobs 2 hour jobs 3 hour jobs Must have your own tools and truck. This is long term part time job and have 1 to 2 jobs per week. You will get paid by time at job. Hauling and dump charges are extra. Tree trimming and down tree limbs are extra. Most jobs are in greater Sacramento. Out of area jobs are paid extra.
