Trump spoke at a rally yesterday. He flat out said he does not see what the problem is with providing things like cars and apartments to employees as a fringe benefit. Taxes apply to fringe benefits just as they fo with a salary. Trump knows this. How do we know Trump is aware that this is tax fraud? Because Trump and Weisselberg keep double ledgers. One that is accurate and one intended to fool the IRS.
So the question remains. Do you believe that Trump is innocent of tax fraud despite the fact that he confessed to doing it unprompted at his own rally? Perhaps your adoration for the fallen president allows you to overlook his criminal activity? But in reality, these are crimes that you and I would be prosecuted for if we behaved the same way.
Trump is a tax cheat and a criminal. Are you ok with that?
