This space is perfect for any makeup artist, photographer, model, musician, podcaster, graphic-designer/animator, and ect looking for a simple place to create for $10 per hour, $60 for a day (8 hours), or $180 for three days. To entertain yourself or clients there is a VHS tv with old movies, as well as an HDMI adapter that will allow you to connect a laptop or tablet to watch other movies/tvshows or even games through the tv. There is also a record player that you can use with your own record or connect your phone through bluetooth to play music. There is a desk with a DIY vanity mirror that is also dimmable, a Wacom drawing tablet and pen, a dell monitor to hook up to your laptop along with a mouse and keyboard, and a desk chair to sit at. There is also an area for taking pictures/videos and it includes a backdrop holder, three backdrops (pink, yellow, and black) three light stands, two video led neewer lights, one power light 750 strobe light, two tripods, three sandbags, two reflector (gold/silver) diffusion and bounce, one large diffusion, gels for light color change, light umbrella, and an extra backdrop stand. As far as seating there is a couch, as well as two bar stools and a desk chair. In the building if you have to change/use the bathroom there is one to the left (the door is usually open).
