I told him he could go around the building and avoid the steps, but he didn't listen and he charged me an extra $40 for a stair fee. Fine if you give me a heads-up about the charge, but he didn't. And he didn't listen to me when I told him/his helpers he could go around. Pretty Crappy. I tried arguing with him over it, he threatened to call the police. I said why don't we compromise and you charge me $20. He wasn't going for it. They carried a few light boxes down a flight of stairs. Maybe 3 trips. I carried some stuff. Also, he was trying to charge from 2pm when he didn't arrive until 2:30. I had to point that out. He worked until 5:05 and then springs it on me that he charges a full hour if it goes over so he charged me until 5:30. Would have made them stay and help with some stuff left to do, but after the whole threatening to call the police ordeal and the poor customer service and listening to him reiterate his only arguement "You needed me. I didn't need you." I just told him to leave. Get out!!
