We are currently hiring a full-time maintenance technician to work with our existing Mankato, MN team that serves multiple local rental properties. Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, turnover units, grounds clean-up and other responsibilities as assigned. Previous maintenance experience beneficial (unclogging sinks, replacing faucets, screen repair, troubleshooting minor appliance issues). The maintenance technician will also coordinate and supervise work that must be completed by outside venders. Must reside in Mankato, MN since position is part of an on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies. Must have driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel between properties. Optional Caretaker Position: The full-time maintenance technician may potentially also have the option to reside at one of the Mankato properties and receive a partial rent credit towards rent for additional caretaker responsibilities.
