Position: Grow - Trimmer Salary Range: $12.50 - $14.50 (Depending on experience) + Trim Bonuses Job Requirements: - Weekday Availability - Must possess or be able to acquire a MED Employee Badge - Must be able to work on feet for up to 7 hours and lift up to 50 lbs - Must be comfortable working in an agricultural setting with dirt, dust and occasional construction - Reliable Transportation - Must be a self-starter that can work independently Job Duties: - Trimming Cannabis Flower from our two cultivation licenses - Tracking Waste - Weighing and tracking throughout the trimming process - Defoliating - Maintain a clean and organized work/grow environment - Benefits: - Health and Dental Insurance available after 60 days - Employee Discounts - Paid Vacation, Sick Leave and Breaks - Trim Bonuses
