Who said getting a band going with quality players was easy? Try doing it in parts the country where you have to also bring a p.a., lights, set up, tear down and manage the sound at the gig (or bring in a sound guy and have to constantly remind the musicians how important it is to pay a real sound guy). you fuckers have it easy.
