4 sections to clean up. For 3 sections remove any under cloth, grass and roots. Rake and till ground to level. Put on soil and grass seed. Clean up and dump excess. Mow and edge lawn. For side section clean up and remove debris. You need your own tools/mower and edger. Ill pay for dump fee $35. Ill buy soil and grass seed.
