Long Home Products is seeking experienced Appointment Setters/Lead Generators to join our growing Field Marketing and Events team.
We are a leader in residential home improvement with a trusted name since 1945, specializing in bath remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, and doors. We provide superior products and a high level of professionalism and customer focus to the industry.
If you are motivated, enjoy meeting people, and have a "can-do" attitude, we want to speak with you! We offer a part-time hourly wage plus set appointment and sales bonuses.
We promote our services at Home Shows, Fairs, Festivals and Installations.
While home improvement sales experience is not required, we are looking for:
Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
Ability to engage immediate rapport with prospects
Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
Self starter
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Professional presence and cell phone
Ability to learn quickly
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance
All candidates hired must pass background check and drug screening.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, G.E.D. or 1- 2 years equivalent work experience
Experience in event marketing, live demos, phone sales, brand promotion, or retail.
Energetic self-starter, able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Availability to work a part-time schedule including weekends
Daily Internet/email access and/or smartphone required
Background check/Drug Screen required
