I feel horrible

So for the last three or four weeks I have felt really bad I've been dizzy I can't stand sometimes I fall down first time I went to the hospital they said there was nothing wrong with me and sent me home the second time I fell down in my drive when I couldn't get up they said I had an inner ear infection well I don't know about that one I feel horrible I had a really hard time taking a medication this morning I don't have a doctor's appointment for several days and have a hard time walking I called 911 they sent an ambulance out they pounded on the shop door not the house so I had to go find the garage door opener by the time I got there they had already left they were pounding on the other door at the other end of the building okay different garage door opener to go back to the house and get the garage door opener guess what nobody there again then I hear them hounding on the house window so I walked back in the house and they're driving away what is the point of calling 911 if nobody shows up I understand they were there but shouldn't they be looking for me the front door was wide open it wasn't even shut
