Perform on call maintenance for a 20 unit apartment building in Auburn while current Super is on vacation. Job will entail light maintenance including unclogging drains and toilets (if applicable) and minor repairs should they be required. Must live in the Auburn area and respond within 30 minutes to any event. Ideal candidate will be insured. On-call period will be from July 12-July 26
