WTAR is HIRING!! The well established repossession company is now hiring tow truck operator(s) in Odessa, TX. Looking to fill job position ASAP. Job Description The ideal candidate for a Tow Truck Operator is an individual who either has experience in the auto towing field. The candidate must be willing to go the extra mile for our clients to provide the highest level of customer service and order completion. Job Requirements - Must be at least 25 years old. - Must have no felonies on record for at least 7 years. - Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license. - Must be team oriented. - Be willing to learn the asset recovery services field with a positive attitude. - Be able to maintain, operate and keep assigned vehicles clean. - Obtain/retain at all times a valid DOT medical card. - Be computer literate. - Be able to complete condition reports - Be able to communicate clearly and courteously, act professionally and maintain a positive attitude at all times. - Display the standards and expectations of the company when dealing with the public or any customer. - Prior repossession experience not required, training will be provided. Tow Truck experience a plus. Job Duties: Transporting units to auction, picking up voluntary and impounds. PAY: 40hrs/week 12.50/HR, plus commission.
