I prefer someone who has been in the landscape business and knows at least the basics, but I'm also willing to hire someone who is willing and able to learn. You'll need a strong work ethic and be able to work in the heat. I've been in business for 13 years and my last helper stayed with me for 2 and a half years. We work 5 days a week no weekends. We do landscape installations that includes stone work, steel work, planting and so on. We also do tree work and some maintenance but mostly landscape. Text me your name/experience
