ISO small poodle or mix

I am a 69yr old single female who has had several dogs in my life time but love poodles. I would need a toy or miniature because I live in a small townhouse with no enclosed yard. I am not a breeder so registration is not necessary and a poodle mix would be fine. I would plan to walk my pet 2-3 times a day. I have all the time in the world for a furry friend. I am also a certified groomer. I have a crate, collar, leach, winter coat, bowls, and home made treats all ready. Thanks, Patty
