POSITION SUMMARY
The Renovation / Construction Project Manager will manage and oversee all aspects of the projects to which he/she is assigned.
The successful candidate will identify and manage internal and external resources, interact with clients, manage schedules and ensure safe execution of each job site.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage internal teams to ensure projects are completed timely and efficiently
Coordinate and schedule work directly with sub-vendors in the Dallas market.
Perform quality control inspections and ensure all identified punch list items are completed either by the subcontractor or our local resources.
Complete property inspections and condition reports.
Communicate changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
Ensure all workplace safety standards and practices are upheld.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
2 or more years of experience as a superintendent, construction Project Manager, or similar.
Bilingual (must be able to speak Spanish fluently)
Basic knowledge of all workings trades (construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, appliances, and landscaping)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail & good communication skills (both oral & written). Ability to work efficiently, independently and to multi-task. An effective team player with a positive attitude, who is able to work when work needs to be done
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Will require frequent travel throughout the local area to visit job sites.
Will be exposed to the normal weather elements of the market.
Will be exposed to a varying level of construction sites.
This is a Contract Position with the opportunity to grow in the company.
