I have 3 small kitchen and one bathroom sink in an old victorian rental house that need to be upgraded to quartz counters. You'll need to demo and prep the counter (in two cases the demo and prep are already done, work was started before the pandemic, former contractor moved Idaho during covid). I'll want to choose the quartz design, but I expect you to obtain, cut and install the quartz counters. I'll pay for the stone directly so you don't have to carry a balance. I expect you'll want to tour the units that need to be fixed to give a bid, I can arrange that and have a very flexible schedule. In one unit a simple bathroom sink cabinet needs to be knocked together for the sink to stand on. If you have that capability, great, otherwise I will use a carpenter. Please reply with a photo or two if prior quartz countertop installs and your normal hourly rate for this kind of work. These are rental units, price accordingly.
