Hiring for one or two people installing gutters. Job entails getting the address (texted the previous day most of the time). Showing up at the job site in the morning. Removing existing gutters. Hanging the gutters we print out. Cleaning up and heading hone or to the next job. Job Requirements: Own and know how to operate an alarm clock have reliable transportation. no fear of heights physically capable of moving ladders without help up to 28’ extension ladders able to work in all weather okay with the fact that bees and wasps are a thing. Most of the time hours are 30 or so a week. during busy season (Late June through September) hours can get up to 45-50/week. I schedule jobs for monday through Friday. I will rarely sell jobs for weekend install, but weekends are never a requirement. Really just looking for one or two people who can work consistently and show up without being on their phones. I keep an ice chest with gatorade on the truck, gonna get one for water too. Can start immediately. I want the crew lead to be able to just focus on printing gutters so I can focus on estimates and services. I do not pay under the table. Everything is legal and done correctly.
