Description

Looking for a person who can work independently, own tools, and has a truck or van. We have multiple properties in Keokuk and need someone who can mow lawns, use a weed eater, do clean-outs from move outs, check on vacant properties, minor repairs due to damage by vandals, etc. Yards need done on a weekly basis per a schedule and must be able to send pictures of all work completed. You should have a mower, weed eater, rake, all tools needed for general yard work. Other general tools as needed for repairs. Must have a working cell phone, email, good communication, report time daily with pictures of any work completed.
