Deceased red and cream dog

Northbound Hwy 17 near Grape Drive, Moses Lake WA

Description

Citing at 9:30 am Monday July 5th 2021. A 50-60 lb size reddish and cream colored deceased dog is lying next to cement turn lane median. Could be a Border Collie, Aussie mix maybe ? Tail was mostly solid reddish brown and fluffy. This is heading north as you pass through intersection of Grape/Hwy 17. So as you pass thru intersection look left at southbounds cement turn lane median - that is where it was seen. Hugs, 4th of July......again. :(
