The study sponsor is a well-known financial services company who is in the process of improving its retirement products and services and is looking for qualified people to provide detailed and thoughtful feedback about their retirement experiences. This will be a 4-hour group feedback session on July 13 between 1:00 and 5:00 pm (Eastern Time) remotely over Internet videoconference. WebCam on a computer is required. In this session, we’ll be discussing your experience with your retirement and your healthcare coverage after retirement. We will then be co-creating an educational site for people who have recently retired and have had to navigate healthcare insurance for themselves. This is will be fun brainstorming session. This information will be used for research purposes only—absolutely no attempt will be made at any time to sell you any products or services. To be considered (to prove you are legitimate), if selected, you will be asked to provide a photo ID (proof of age), and also proof of healthcare coverage. Participants will receive a stipend after the session either in the form of a check mailed to you, or an Amazon eGiftCard (your choice.) Chosen participants will receive a link to an informed consent notice and confidentiality agreement by email before the session.
