We are looking for full time helpers to stand steel columns and install metal decking. No experience is necessary, but more important, we are looking for a person who can put in a solid days work and learn what we teach you. Everyone has equal opportunities to advance with us. Below are a few things we expect: 1. Be reliable. This means, you come everyday. 2. Plan to be physical and work hard. 3. Be able to follow company policies. 4. Be willing to follow safety instructions, as our general contractors monitor us daily. 5. This is a commercial site, which means, you must wear hard hats, jeans, boots, and safety shirts. Note: We will pay daily for the first week. Starting pay will be determined after you work a day with us.
