Please spread the word! Poe was LOST on July 4, 2021 in Philadelphia, PA 19124 near Foulkrod st & Oakland Street, around Frankford high school. Please be on the lookout! Poe has congestive heart failure & takes medication around the clock. He is microchipped. He escaped from yard without a collar. He is friendly. If you see him, please call Lizz @ . Description: white pitbull with a half blue/white left eye, foggy right eye, black nose, and a bald spot on his tail. has congestive heart failure!!!!!!!!!
